Emissions Reduction Goals
AppleRose Solicitors has established science-based greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction targets that have been independently validated.
As a responsible Law Firm, we aim to reduce absolute Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 80% by FY30 compared to a FY20 baseline. In addition, we are committed to reducing Scope 3 emissions by 47% over the same period. Our long-term ambition is to achieve a 90% reduction across total Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions by FY50, using FY20 as the reference year.
Our Net Zero Delivery Group plays a key role in executing this strategy. Working across the organisation, it focuses on reducing supplier-related emissions, improving internal processes, and ensuring firm-wide engagement among Solicitors, Lawyers, and Attorneys.
