International Litigation

At this level, we are a specialist firm (International Litigation) and can advise our clients on jurisdictional matters, anti-suit injunctions, other interim claims, injunctions, and the enforcement of foreign judgments. We can commence proceedings on behalf of our clients where and when we advise that they should do so, and represent them at trial. We can represent our clients in all areas we specialise in at this level, and specifically in international commercial disputes, international sale of goods, carriage of goods, and intellectual property disputes.
